Job Description:
- Answering telephone calls and welcome visitors at the reception;
- Keep office paper work flow, as well as accept and register incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Provide safe storage of documentation and hand over to archive;
- Organize mail delivery and acceptance;
- Prepare draft letters, inquires and other documents, related to company activity in limits of her (his) responsibility;
- Coordinate agreements with service providers for office stationeries, courier services, food delivery (water, tea, coffee);
- Keep and update contact database on staff and partners contact information;
- Provides verbal and written translations if necessary;
- Coordinate a timely provision of office stationery, food staff and water. Organize acceptance, registration and distribution;
- Coordinate drivers work (register requests, make daily schedule for office cars use;
- Fulfill other tasks, including copying and scanning documents and etc. by the request of staff
The successful candidate will have:
- Higher education
- Upper intermediate English
- Experience on similar position (Secretary/Assistant/Office Manager) not less than 2 years
- Be qualified in Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills
- Skills in document management, organization, time management
- Multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
